(A) The grantee shall not transfer this ordinance and the non-exclusive franchise granted herein by the grantor to a third party without the prior approval of the grantor, which shall review such assignment pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of the Telecommunications Act of 1996. Not withstanding the above, no approval shall be required for an assignment of this ordinance and the non- exclusive franchise to a company owned or controlled by, under common ownership, management and/or control with the grantee or which owns or controls the grantee.
(B) The transferee shall agree in writing to abide by all terms of this chapter and franchise agreement.
