(A) Within 30 days after the Board has taken action to approve the granting of a franchise, the grantee shall file with the County Manager a written acceptance acknowledged before a notary public of the conditions required for the franchise. Such acceptance shall acknowledge that the grantee agrees to be bound by and to comply with the provisions of this chapter. If such acceptance is not filed within said time, then the franchise so awarded shall be deemed void and of no further force and effect and the offer of franchise so awarded to grantee shall stand revoked.
(B) The effective date of the franchise shall be determined by the Board after the letter of acceptance is received. In all cases, the effective date shall not commence before approval by the Board at two regular meetings and an ordinance adopted approving such franchise.
