§ 98.03 AUTHORITY.
   Pursuant to the authority granted in G.S. Chapter 166A, the Emergency Management Act, and G.S. § 153A-121, Delegation and Exercise of the General Police Power, the Board of Commissioners of Ashe County enacts the following chapter.
