(A) Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished as provided by G.S. § 14-4. Each day of violation shall be a separate and distinct offense.
(B) Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to a civil penalty to be recovered by the county in the sum of $500 for each violation payable within ten days after such person has been cited for violation of this chapter.
(C) This chapter may be enforced by each and every remedy enumerated in G.S. § 153A-123(d), (e), said provisions being incorporated herein by reference.
