§ 95.04 RADIOACTIVE MATERIAL UNLAWFUL.
   it shall be unlawful for any person to use, manufacture, produce, process, store, bury, transport, transfer, receive, acquire, own or possess radioactive material in the county, except persons directly involved in the use of radiation machines or radio-active materials for medical diagnosis treatment.
