§ 95.02 PURPOSE.

In pursuance of authority conferred by G.S. Chapter 153A, Article 6, and for the purpose of promoting the public health, safety, general welfare, and the protection of persons and property in the county from the harmful effects of radiation, the Board of County Commissioners ordain this chapter.
