§ 94.99 PENALTY.

Any person or persons violating any provisions of this chapter and any other rules of the Advisory Board shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined or be imprisoned in the county jail as set forth in G.S. § 14-4.
