§ 94.08 ENFORCEMENT.
   The Recreation Director and the park staff shall be appointed by the County Manager. The Recreation Director and appointed staff shall enforce the provisions of this chapter and any other applicable rules as adopted by the Advisory Board. The Director and any park staff shall have the authority to eject from the park any person or persons acting in violation of this chapter.
