(A) The County Recreation Director shall, upon request, furnish a copy of the recreational activities permitted, the hours of operation, a code of conduct as to alcohol, drugs, fireworks, pets, firearms, vending, peddling, and other harmful actions.
(B) Days and hours of park operations will be dependent upon weather conditions and to the extent that new facilities are added for general use. Any or all park facilities may be closed at any time for unusual circumstances at the discretion of the Recreation Director. The normal opening and closing hours for the park shall be posted therein for public information.
(C) Reservations of certain areas of the park may be allowed through proper scheduling with the Recreation Director. Blank permit forms are available at the park office of the Recreation Director. Usage permits will be issued on a first come, first served basis.
