In order to maintain the integrity of the ecologically sensitive areas in the park, it shall be unlawful for any person to:
(A) Willfully mark, deface, disfigure, injure, tamper with, displace or remove property of any type from the park.
(B) Fail to cooperate in maintaining rest rooms and wash rooms in a neat and sanitary condition. No person over the age of five years shall use rest rooms and wash rooms designated for the opposite sex.
(C) Remove any of the natural or man-made resources of any type from the park area.
(D) Construct or erect any building, structure or shelter of any type without the permission of the Advisory Board.
(E) Climb upon any man-made or natural edifice that is not designed or customarily used for such purposes.
(F) Destroy, hunt, feed or remove any of the flora or fauna from the park.
(G) Pollute by any means or methods any stream, ditch, pond, or any source of water within the confines of the park.
(H) Deposit or leave any trash or refuse of any type in the park area except in the proper receptacles that are provided.
