§ 30.01 OFFICE HOURS.
   On days other than Saturdays, Sundays and official city holidays, the city offices shall be open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; provided, that the City Manager may, in his discretion, make exceptions for various offices as the exigencies of any situation may require.
