§ 93.11 SUPERSEDING AND AMENDING DECLARATIONS.
   The Mayor, in his/her discretion, may invoke the restrictions authorized by this chapter in separate declarations and may amend any declaration by means of a superseding declaration in accordance with the procedures set forth in § 93.02.
