§ 91.23 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANIMALS ON PUBLIC PROPERTY AND THE PROPERTY OF OTHERS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for the owner or custodian of an animal to fail to remove feces deposited by the animal on either of the following types of property:
      (1)   Any public street, sidewalk, gutter, park, or other publicly owned property; or
      (2)   Any property owned or legally controlled by another person or entity that has not given permission for entry onto the property by the animal that defecated on the property.
   (B)   A violation of this section is punishable as a misdemeanor.
