§ 91.21 PROHIBITION OF DOMESTIC ANIMALS AT LARGE.
   (A)   It is unlawful for the owner of any domestic animal to allow such animal to be or run at large in the city or on any city property.
   (B)   A violation of this section is punishable as a misdemeanor.
