§ 113.19 CRIMINAL PENALTY.
   Any person who commits an act declared to be unlawful by this chapter shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500. Each violation shall be considered a separate and distinct offense, and each day of continued violation shall be considered a separate offense. The issuance of a notice of violation or a suspension or revocation of a sexually oriented business license shall not prohibit the imposition of a criminal penalty, and the imposition of a criminal penalty shall not prevent the issuance of a notice of violation or a suspension or revocation of the license.
