§ 113.13 EXPIRATION OF LICENSE.
   (A)   Each sexually oriented business license shall expire one year from the date of issuance and may be renewed only by making application, as provided in § 113.04. Application for renewal shall be made at least 30 days before the expiration date, and when made less than 30 days before the expiration date, the expiration of the license will not be affected.
   (B)   When the Chief of Police denies renewal of the license, the applicant shall not be issued a license under this chapter for one year from the date of denial. If, subsequent to the denial, the Chief of Police determines that the basis for the denial has been corrected, the applicant shall be granted a license.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate or cause to be operated a sexually oriented business when such person knows or should know that the business has a license which has expired.
