§ 113.07 INSPECTION.
   An applicant or any individual identified in the application under § 113.04(B)(8) or (9) shall permit representatives of the Asheboro Police Department to inspect the premises for the purpose of ensuring compliance with this chapter prior to the issuance of a license.
