Pursuant to and in accordance with G.S. §§ 160D-305 and 160D-1208, the Board of Adjustment established by the Asheboro Zoning Ordinance is hereby designated as the board that shall perform the duties prescribed by § 151.14(D) of the Code of Asheboro. When discharging its duties pursuant to Chapter 151 of the Code of Asheboro and Chapter 160D of the General Statutes of North Carolina, the Board of Adjustment shall keep an accurate record of all its proceedings.
