§ 150.47 REMOVING NOTICE FROM CONDEMNED BUILDINGS.
   Pursuant to G.S. § 160D- 1120, if any person shall remove any notice that has been affixed to any building or structure by the Building Inspector and that states the dangerous character of the building or structure, he shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
