§ 114.59 RATES TO BE DISPLAYED IN CABS.
   Every taxicab operated within the city or between the city and points not incorporated within a radius of five miles of the city shall have at all times prominently posted and displayed in such taxicab, so as to be visible to the passengers therein, the rates and fares for the use of such cab.
