§ 114.54 PROHIBITED ACTS RELATING TO METERS.
   It shall be unlawful to change the size of the wheels or tires of a taxicab in such manner as to cause the 5% tolerance mentioned in § 114.53 to be exceeded, or to change the gears operating the taximeter or to change a taximeter from one taxicab to another unless the taximeter is retested and approved by the Chief of Police.
