§ 114.52 USE OF INSPECTED AND APPROVED METERS REQUIRED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any taxicab to be operated for public hire unless it is equipped with a taximeter, which shall be inspected and used as provided in this subchapter.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a taxicab to which is attached a taximeter that has not been inspected and approved as provided in this subchapter.
