§ 114.40 DISPLAY OF PERMIT REQUIRED.
   The driver of every taxicab shall, at all times while operating such taxicab, prominently post and display in such taxicab, so as to be visible to the passengers therein, his permit to drive a taxicab, with his photograph attached.
