§ 114.35 WAITING PERIOD BETWEEN APPLICATION AND ISSUANCE.
   No taxicab driver's permit shall be issued until the report from the Chief of Police containing his findings and recommendations has been received by the City Manager, and the City Manager has approved the issuance of such taxicab driver's permit.
