§ 114.33 POLICE INVESTIGATION OF APPLICANT.
   The City Clerk, upon receipt of a sworn application for a taxicab driver's permit, shall transmit a copy thereof promptly to the Chief of Police, who shall investigate the facts stated therein. The Chief of Police shall then report his findings and recommendations to the City Manager.
