§ 114.32 CONTENT OF APPLICATIONS; PHOTOGRAPHS AND FINGERPRINTS; FILES.
   (A)   Each applicant for a taxicab driver's permit shall make application therefor, upon forms provided by the City Clerk for such purpose, and he shall state thereon, among other things, his name, address, physical condition and physical description; former employers; court record; North Carolina driver's license number and length of residence in this state and in this county. Such application shall be signed and sworn to by the applicant.
   (B)   The applicant shall then appear at the office of the Police Department for the purpose of having his fingerprints taken and photograph made, both of which shall constitute a part of his application.
   (C)   The original copy of each application shall be retained on file in the office of the City Clerk, and duplicate copies shall remain on file in the office of the Chief of Police.
