(A) A yard sale shall not be conducted on any premises more than twice in a 12-month period.
(B) Each of the two yard sales may be for two consecutive weekends or 72 hours each whichever is the lesser and only during daylight hours.
(C) A violation of this section is punishable as a misdemeanor.
