§ 100.04 GENERAL RETAIL SALES.
   (A)   The conduct of general retail sales or commercial activities in a residential district as designated in the zoning ordinance is, except as is otherwise expressly authorized in this chapter, prohibited.
   (B)   A violation of this section is punishable as a misdemeanor.
