For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PERSON. Includes individuals, partnerships, voluntary associations and corporations.
YARD SALE. A sale from a residence or residential property of personal property which has been owned or used previously by a person residing on the premises where the sale is conducted. The term YARD SALE shall include all sales entitled
"garage sale," "lawn sale," "attic sale," or "rummage sale."
