§ 99.30 LIGHTS AT EXCAVATION SITES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person making any excavation for any purpose whatsoever in any street or sidewalk of the city to fail to place a sufficient number of orange lights around such excavation before dark and to keep such lights burning all night during every night such excavation shall be open.
   (B)   A violation of this section is punishable as a misdemeanor.
