§ 99.27 PERMIT REQUIRED FOR REMOVAL OF SAND, DIRT OR STONE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to, remove any sand, dirt or stone from any street, road or sidewalk in the city without having first secured a permit therefor.
   (B)   A violation of this section is punishable as a misdemeanor.
