§ 99.25 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to dig any hole, ditch or excavation of any kind whatsoever on any street in the city without having first secured a permit.
   (B)   A violation of this section is punishable as a misdemeanor.
