§ 99.16 ALLOWING MERCHANDISE TO REMAIN ON SIDEWALK OR STREET AFTER 7:00 P.M.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to allow any goods, wares, merchandise or any article for sale to remain on the sidewalks in such manner as to obstruct the free passage of the sidewalks. It shall be unlawful for any person to allow any goods, wares, merchandise or other articles of trade to remain on the streets of the city after 7:00 p.m.
   (B)   A violation of this section is punishable as a misdemeanor.
