§ 97.11 INTERFERENCE PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person shall unreasonably hamper, obstruct, impede or interfere with any parade or parade assembly or with any person or vehicle participating or used in a parade.
   (B)   A violation of this section is punishable as a misdemeanor.
