§ 97.10 PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES.
   (A)   No person participating in a parade shall, under any circumstances, carry any firearm or other weapon or device which is calculated to or may inspire terror.
   (B)   No person participating in a parade shall be accompanied by any dog or other animal unless the permit which has been issued for such parade specifically provides therefor.
   (C)   A violation of this section is punishable as a misdemeanor.
