§ 97.06 ACTION ON PERMIT BY CITY MANAGER.
   The City Manager shall act upon the application for a parade permit within 48 hours after the filing thereof. If the City Manager disapproves the application, he shall notify the applicant stating the reason for his denial of the permit.
