§ 92.17 DISTURBANCE OF GRAVE MARKERS, WALLS AND ENCLOSURES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to in any way disturb, mutilate, deface, injure or remove any stone marking any grave, or any wall or enclosure around any grave in or about any cemetery.
   (B)   A violation of this section shall be punishable as a misdemeanor.
