§ 92.16 DEPOSIT OF TRASH PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to walk dogs that are leashed or unleashed, throw, deposit, bring and leave any trash, filth, offensive or unclean matter or substance in any cemetery.
   (B)   A violation of this section shall be punishable as a misdemeanor.
