§ 92.10 APPROVAL REQUIRED FOR GRAVE ENCLOSURE AND PLANTING OF FOLIAGE.
   No person shall enclose any grave or cemetery lot, or plant any tree or shrub anywhere in a cemetery, except subject to the approval of the Supervisor of Cemeteries.
