§ 92.09 GRADE OF LOTS NOT TO BE CHANGED.
   Any person who does any work on any lot in any city cemetery shall not raise or change the grade of such lot or grave, nor shall any grave be raised into mounds. All graves shall be tamped at time of filling, substantially to keep them from settling.
