§ 92.04 HUMAN REMAINS TO BE BURIED IN CEMETERY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to bury or assist in burying the dead body of any human being within the city, except in such public or church cemeteries as are duly established and in use as cemeteries.
   (B)   A violation of this section shall be punishable as a misdemeanor.
