§ 72.05 EFFECT OF ERRORS AND OMISSIONS.
   The schedules in this chapter are included for the purpose of convenience only, and no error in or omission from any schedule shall constitute a defense in any case involving failure to comply with any warning, instruction, directive, limitation or prohibition indicated by any official traffic control device or other authorized sign, signal, device or marking.
