§ 71.35 MOVING OF VEHICLE TO EVADE PARKING REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)   No person shall move a vehicle from one parking space directly to another parking space within the same city block to evade parking regulations. The movement of a vehicle from one parking space directly to another parking space within the same block shall be deemed as a continuous parking period.
   (B)   A violation of this section is punishable as an infraction.
