§ 71.21 WHEN PARKING LIGHTS REQUIRED.
   The displaying of parking lights upon a vehicle, when lawfully parked at night upon a street of the city in accordance with this chapter, shall be required except when there is sufficient light to reveal any person within a distance of 200 feet upon such street.
