(A) When authorized signs are placed, erected or installed, giving notice that parking is prohibited at all times, or the curbing has been painted yellow in lieu of such signage, no person shall park a vehicle at any time upon all streets or parts of streets so designated.
(B) A violation of this section is punishable as an infraction.
