§ 71.11 INTERFERENCE WITH PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC ON SIDEWALKS AND CROSSWALKS.
   (A)   Obstructing traffic by stopping or standing a vehicle across or on, in whole or in part, any sidewalk or crosswalk for pedestrians is prohibited.
   (B)   A violation of this section is punishable as an infraction.
