§ 71.10 STOPPING OR STANDING NOT TO INTERFERE WITH TRAFFIC.
   (A)   No person shall stop a vehicle on any street so as to interrupt or interfere with the passage of traffic.
   (B)   A violation of this section is punishable as an infraction.
