§ 70.58 BOARDING OR LEAVING VEHICLE WHILE IN MOTION PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person shall board or alight from any public conveyance or other vehicle while such conveyance or vehicle is in motion.
   (B)   A violation of this section is punishable as an infraction.
