§ 70.56 MANNER OF RIDING IN VEHICLES REGULATED.
   (A)   No person when riding shall allow any part of his body to protrude beyond the limits of the vehicle in which he is riding, except to give such signals as by law required, and no person shall hang on to any vehicle from the outside.
   (B)   A violation of this section is punishable as an infraction.
