§ 70.54 CLINGING TO VEHICLES PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Any person riding upon any bicycle, motorcycle, coaster, sled, roller skates or any toy vehicle shall not attach the same or himself to any public conveyance or moving vehicle upon any roadway.
   (B)   A violation of this section is punishable as an infraction.
